This is a custom Twin loft, with a full height bookcase as the bed end on one end, and a wardrobe underneath the other. The wardrobe has an open front with room to hang clothes, and also has one shelf for extra storage. Finish is Minwax Natural, which is included in the price of the bed set. Bed set price $670.

Our standard model twin loft, with end mount ladder. Overall bed dimensions are 69" tall, 43" wide, and 81" long. Ladder does add an additional 4". Finish on this bed is Minwax Puritan Pine, which is included int he price of the bed.. Bed set price, $325. Some finishes wil add to the cost of the bed.
Closed model twin loft, with side mount ladder and bookcase under the foot of the bed. Overall bed dimensions are 72" tall, 43" wide, and 82" long. Finish sown is Minwax Exesso Polyshade, which does add to the cost of the bed. Bed set price $580. Some finishes are included in the price.

Standard full loft, with standard stairs, bookcase head board, hanging shelves, futon, and drawers under the futon. Stairs have five drawers in the steps, and the drawers under the futon are mounted in frames and ride on drawer slides. Futon is a custom length, using cushions for the mattress.
